Diane's role as Owner's Representative was a critical element of the project's success. She provided essential coordination and communication between KVMR, the general contractor, the architect, and other professionals and community partners. Her extensive knowledge and experience with commercial construction, coupled with her empathic communication skills, were immensely valuable to those of us responsible for making the many decisions that arise in such a large and very visible project. Auran assisted in the oversight of a $15 million dollar budget and worked as an owner’s respresentative in negotiations with the General Contractor and specialty subcontractors.
